Lucas 17:3-10

3. Tende cuidado de vós mesmos. Se teu irmão pecar contra ti, repreende-o e, caso ele venha a se arrepender, perdoa-lhe. 
4. Se, contra ti pecar sete vezes ao dia, e por sete vezes vier a ter contigo, dizendo: ‘Arrependo-me do que fiz’. Perdoa-lhe!” 
5. Diante disso, pediram os apóstolos ao Senhor: “Aumenta a nossa fé!” 
6. Ao que encorajou-os o Senhor: “Se tiverdes fé do tamanho de uma semente de mostarda, podereis dizer a esta amoreira: ‘Arranca-te e transplanta-te no mar; e ela vos obedecerá’. 
7. Qual de vós, tendo um escravo arando a terra ou apascentado as ovelhas, assim que ele chegar do campo, o convidará: ‘Podes vir agora mesmo, reclina-te junto à mesa para cear’? 
8. Ao contrário. Conforme o costume direis a ele: ‘Prepara o meu jantar, apronta-te devidamente e então vem e serve-me enquanto como e bebo; depois tu, comerás e beberás também’. 
9. Porventura, deverá agradecer ao escravo porque este fez o que lhe havia mandado? 
10. Assim igualmente vós, depois de haverdes realizado tudo quanto vos foi ordenado, dizei: ‘Somos servos inúteis, pois tão somente cumprimos o nosso dever!’”

3. Take care of yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.

1 João 4:7-21

7. Amados, amemos uns aos outros, pois o amor procede de Deus; e todo aquele que ama é nascido e conhece a Deus. 
8. Aquele que não ama não conhece a Deus, porquanto Deus é amor. 
9. Foi deste modo que se manifestou o amor de Deus para conosco: em haver Deus enviado o seu Filho unigênito ao mundo, para vivermos por intermédio dele. 
10. Assim, nisto consiste o amor: não em que nós tenhamos amado a Deus, mas em que Ele nos amou e enviou o seu Filho como propiciação pelos nossos pecados. 
11. Amados, considerando que Deus amou dessa forma, nós também devemos amar uns aos outros. 
12. Ninguém jamais viu a Deus; se amarmos uns aos outros, Deus permanece em nós, e o seu amor é aperfeiçoado em nós. 
13. Temos certeza de que permanecemos nele, e Ele em nós, porque Ele nos outorgou do seu Espírito. 
14. E vimos e testemunhamos que o Pai enviou o seu Filho para ser . 
15. Se alguém confessa publicamente que Jesus é o Filho de Deus, Deus permanece nele, e ele em Deus. 
16. Portanto, dessa forma conhecemos o amor que Deus tem por nós e confiamos plenamente nesse amor. Deus é amor, e aquele que permanece no amor permanece em Deus, e Deus, nele. 
17. Dessa forma, o amor é aperfeiçoado em nós, a fim de que tenhamos total segurança no Dia do Juízo, pois, assim como Ele é, nós semelhantemente somos nesse mundo. 
18. No amor não existe receio; antes, o perfeito amor lança fora todo medo. Ora, o medo pressupõe punição, e aquele que teme não está aperfeiçoado no amor. 
19. Nós amamos porque Ele nos amou primeiro. 
20. Se alguém declarar: “Eu amo a Deus!”, porém odiar a seu irmão, é mentiroso, porquanto quem não ama seu irmão, a quem vê, não pode amar a Deus, a quem não enxerga.
21. Ora, Ele nos entregou este mandamento: Quem ama a Deus, ame de igual forma a seu irmão!

15. If anyone publicly confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

16. Therefore, in this way we know the love that God has for us and trust fully in this love. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.

17. In this way love is perfected in us, that we may have complete security in the Day of Judgment, for as He is, we are likewise in this world.

18. In love there is no fear; But perfect love casteth out every fear. Now fear presupposes punishment, and he who fears is not perfected in love.

19. We love because He first loved us.

20. If anyone declares, "I love God," but to hate his brother, he is a liar, for he who does not love his brother whom he sees can not love God whom he does not see.

21. Now he hath given us this commandment: He that loveth God, love his brother likewise.

Saudades da Casa de Deus

Como eu amo o teu Templo, ó Senhor Todo-Poderoso! 
Como eu gostaria de estar ali!
Tenho saudade dos pátios do Templo de Deus, o Senhor . Com todo o meu ser, canto com alegria ao Deus vivo. 
Ó Senhor Todo-Poderoso, meu Rei e meu Deus, perto dos teus altares os pardais constroem o seu ninho, e as andorinhas fazem a sua casa, onde cuidam dos seus filhotes. 
Felizes são os que moram na tua casa, sempre cantando louvores a ti! 
Felizes são aqueles que de ti recebem forças e que desejam andar pelas estradas que levam ao monte Sião ! 
Quando eles passam pelo Vale das Lágrimas, ele fica cheio de fontes de água, e as primeiras chuvas o cobrem de bênçãos. 
Enquanto vão indo, a força deles vai aumentando; eles verão o Deus dos deuses em Sião. 
Escuta a minha oração, ó Senhor , Deus Todo-Poderoso! Ouve-me, ó Deus de Jacó! 
Ó Deus, abençoa o nosso protetor, o rei que tu escolheste! 
É melhor passar um dia no teu Templo do que mil dias em qualquer outro lugar.
Eu gostaria mais de ficar no portão de entrada da casa do meu Deus do que morar nas casas dos maus. 
O Senhor Deus é a nossa luz e o nosso escudo .
Ele ama e honra os que fazem o que é certo e lhes dá tudo o que é bom. 
Ó Senhor Todo-Poderoso, como são felizes aqueles que confiam em ti!

Miss the house of God

How I love your Temple, O Lord Almighty!
How I wish I were there!
I miss the courtyards of the Temple of God, the Lord. With all my being, I sing joyfully to the living God.
O Lord Almighty, my King and my God, the sparrows build their nest near your altars, and the swallows make their home, where they tend their young.
Blessed are the ones who live in your house, always singing praises to you!
Blessed are those who receive strength from you and who wish to walk on the roads leading to Mount Zion!
